INTRODUCTION
The TS Rules and Regulations have been created to maintain proper order and provide guidance to its members. It is not meant to override the existing Habbo Intelligence Agency’s Code of Conduct, instead, it should work hand in hand with it. With that being said, we are expecting that the TS members will adhere to both HIA CoC and TS Rules and Regulations. No one is exempted from following the rules and regulations. Any TS members caught breaching these Rules and Regulations, provided with enough evidence, will be sanctioned to a disciplinary action.
GENERAL RULES FOR TRAINING SUPERVISORS
This covers the general policies that are expected to be followed by every TS member.
§1.1 Please make sure to wear the TS badge when supervising a training to avoid confusion for both trainer and the trainee. This will also help in determining those non-TS members who pretend to supervise trainings.
§1.2 Disrespectful behaviour towards recruits, trainers or anyone during the time that you are supervising is strictly forbidden. We do NOT tolerate this kind of behavior within this Special Unit. This includes unprofessional behaviour outside of trainings (e.g. shading, abusing your power as a TS member), up to the discretion of the TSiC team.
§1.3 As a Training Supervisor, you must remain professional at all times. Know the training policies. Do not do anything that will end up distracting the trainer and make the trainee/s uncomfortable.
§1.5 TS Members should stay and supervise at least ⅔ or 60% of the training session which is right after the test. This should give you enough time to complete and fill out the form. However you are highly encouraged to stay from the beginning, until the very end of the session if you wish to do so as it is better to check if the trainer does not forget to lead their agent to the tour desk, and conduct the B.U.M simulation correctly (for Recruit trainings).
If you choose not to tell the member, it is MANDATORY to wear the Training Supervisor badge. It is also mandatory to give the trainer your feedback on the session once you are done with your supervision.
§1.7 If a training wasn’t completed, you may only submit a supervision if they have at least reached the test. If the trainer made a couple of mistakes from FTT to the training hallway but ended up not being able to proceed with the training due to the trainee leaving, you do not have to submit a supervision, but it is advised that you provide the trainer reminders regarding their mistakes.
§1.8 Faking and repeatedly plagiarizing supervision reports will immediately lead to your removal from the TS team.
§1.9 Supervision commentaries should NEVER be left blank. If possible, please cover all points (Script Delivery, Professionalism, Friendliness, Creativity for Trainings and Accuracy, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Friendliness if needed for Security operations) so we can have more accurate data about the trainer or security member’s performance for future reference.
§1.10 If for some valid reason, you were unable to send your feedback to the trainer/member operating FTS after your supervision, note it down on the supervision form as stated in the instructions and notify a TSiC immediately so they can log it on the late feedback tracker. Once you get the chance to send your feedback to your supervisee, notify a TSiC again so we can update the status of the late feedback.

§1.3 As a Training Supervisor, you must remain professional at all times. Know the training policies. Do not do anything that will end up distracting the trainer and make the trainee/s uncomfortable.
- Do not crowd/gather inside training rooms for no reason.
- Do not stay inside training rooms just to be with your friend or to keep someone company. Sitting on the floor beside the trainer is not allowed. That is part of the HIA’s base, hence sitting is not allowed.
- If you’re caught doing so, disciplinary actions will be handed out.
- This is stated in the Code of Conduct as well: 1.A §27 - Gathering and crowding in training rooms is not allowed. This disturbs the training and can make the trainer/trainee uncomfortable. This includes staying inside training rooms while training is ongoing just to be with a friend or to keep someone company.
§1.5 TS Members should stay and supervise at least ⅔ or 60% of the training session which is right after the test. This should give you enough time to complete and fill out the form. - Any exceptions shall be granted at the discretion of the TSiC team, on a case-by-case basis.

GENERAL RULES FOR ALL MEMBERS (TR+)
This covers the general policies that are expected to be followed by every trainer in addition to the rules stated in the Code of Conduct.
§1.11 Every trainer must remain professional during trainings. They must follow the instructions provided by a Training Supervisor or a TSiC to ensure that training sessions are conducted properly.
If the trainer refuses, explain it to them briefly that they cannot refuse as it is part of the rules. If they still refuse, necessary disciplinary action/s shall be taken.
§1.13 In any case, if a HIA member requires assistance in the training room, they must request for a Training Supervisor first. A non-TS SM+ member can accompany a trainer ONLY if there is no training supervisor available at that time. If no one responds after 5 minutes, they must inform a TSiC of their purpose in accompanying a trainer before proceeding:
§1.15 The script must be delivered out loud at all times.
§1.18 Trainers must use only the following coloured chats when training (as shown in the screenshot attached below).
- Trainers must not question a Training Supervisor repeatedly as to why they are being supervised.
- Trainers must go BTB when asked to do so. This falls under the Code of Conduct Section 1.D.
- Trainers must not hang out/stay inside training rooms (alone or with others) for no valid reason. Training rooms must ONLY be used for trainings or Apprentice/Internship/CoS-related tasks.
- Non-TS members are not allowed to stay in a Training Room whilst a training is ongoing, unless it falls under §1.13.
- Trainers must attend to the Recruit on the rollers when they are filling the training station. Trainings should not be stalled and recruits should not be ignored.
- Should the trainee repeatedly ignore the Training Supervisor’s instructions, disciplinary actions will follow.
- In this case, only one SM+ can accompany a trainer. They must not disrupt proceedings, otherwise, Training Supervisors and RR holders will have the right to dismiss them provided they have a good reason with sufficient evidence for doing so.
- If a TS member is available, the SM+ member must return to base for the TS to take over.
- The reason for an SM+ member to stay in the training room while the training is ongoing must be valid and substantiated with evidence (e.g. proof of requesting for a TS member with no response after 5 minutes, and that the trainer is requesting for assistance with valid reasoning, such as their first training).
- Up to two Training Supervisors may be allowed to supervise trainings in special circumstances.
§1.15 The script must be delivered out loud at all times.
- Exception 1: The training hallway part of the Trainer training script shall be done on whispers at all times.
- Exception 2: When there are two or more trainees during a training, they must ALWAYS be asked to whisper their answers to the trainer during the test. This includes the B.U.M/Recruitment simulation after the test for Recruit trainings.
- Every trainer must keep logs professional. Adding unnecessary or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated.
- Training logs must be logged with the correct status (e.g. Recruit trainings are not allowed to be logged as ‘Incomplete’).
- All logs marked as 'Fail' must include a comment indicating the reason for the trainee failing the training.
- Trainees should not be falsely logged as Fail if they got disconnected before passing the test. They must always wait for 5 minutes before logging a training as Fail IF the recruit got disconnected.
- Trainers should never log a training as Fail due to any personal disputes.
- Trainers may log a training as a Fail immediately if the recruit left after trolling.
- Falsifying training logs of any nature is strictly prohibited (e.g. logging a training that did not occur).
§1.18 Trainers must use only the following coloured chats when training (as shown in the screenshot attached below).
§1.19 Trainers must leave 1-2 chat bubble spacing between each line and must not rush/omit parts of the script. Failure to do so after repeat warnings will result in the appropriate disciplinary actions.
§1.20 Trainers are not allowed to refuse Refresher Course trainings if the TSiC team deems that it is necessary.
§1.20 Trainers are not allowed to refuse Refresher Course trainings if the TSiC team deems that it is necessary.
- Failure to complete the Refresher Course within a reasonable timeframe, at the discretion of the TSiC team, will result in further disciplinary actions being taken.
- The trainer can be temporarily banned from conducting trainings should they refuse to comply (e.g. removal of Training badge), along with the necessary disciplinary actions.
