The Training Supervisors play a vital role at HIA and they are responsible for overseeing training sessions and security checks. They also ensure that all trainers are able to deliver quality trainings, accurately operate the security station, and step in with support or refresher courses when needed.

What are the requirements to apply?
To be eligible to apply for the Training Supervisors unit, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be OOA or higher.
- Be in HIA for 1 month or more.
- No active disciplinaries.
- Active in both base AND Discord.
- Be friendly, professional and a good communicator.
what do we do as training Supervisors?
As a Training Supervisor, you are allowed to:
Our main role is to support our trainers of all ranks and those filling security stations that may need it and make sure these processes run smoothly.
While supervising, we use a grading system to evaluate trainers and those in FTS on how they performed while conducting a training and deliver feedback on how they can improve.
The Training Supervisors also oversee the Training Hallway to be on the lookout for any trolls that may come and to ensure that no trainers are being disturbed while they are in a training session. If a troll does appear they can inform a Room Rights holder immediately.
NOTE: Training Supervisors will show up at any time, and it is up to them whether they wish to inform you that they are supervising you. Supervisions CANNOT be refused.
- Supervise ALL ranks - from Trainer to Foundation.
- Supervise ALL types of trainings - Recruit, Security, Trainer, HR, Disciplinary, OOA and transfer trainings.

GRADING SYSTEM details
Each Training Supervisor will grade and provide constructive feedback to every member they oversee. All grades and feedbacks are kept on a spreadsheet as a record of who we have helped improve their training/security check skills. We value our staff and want them to be the best they can be. The aim is to get all Trainers to either an A or B score!
Grading System:
NOTE: Refresher Courses CANNOT be refused. By refusing a refresher, you are directly breaching our TS Rules and Regulations - §1.20. Further disciplinary may happen if refused to do it so within the deadline given.
Grading System:
- A: Excellent work. Your performance was flawless and won't need any improvement.
- B: Good job. You've done a great job and will need to improve on 1-2 things.
- C: Moderate. You've done well overall, however you have things that needs to be improved and will need to be supervised at least 2 more times.
- D & E: Need urgent improvement. The difference between D & E will be on how many things you've missed throughout the time you were being supervised and you will be given a Refresher Course.
NOTE: Refresher Courses CANNOT be refused. By refusing a refresher, you are directly breaching our TS Rules and Regulations - §1.20. Further disciplinary may happen if refused to do it so within the deadline given.

Recruit, Trainer, High Rank, Disciplinary (PS), and OOA Trainings must be conducted in these training rooms.
