Frequently Asked Questions
What do I do if I need to leave work?
You may AFK on the sofas at the back of the room or log off at any time. However, if you have just collected your pay, note that leaving base less than 45 minutes after pay ends will result in a 24 hour pay ban.
How do I let someone in at FTF?
To let in a returning member, say :in while sitting at FTF. Make sure to check their B.U.M before letting them in.
Do I have to wear the uniform?
Yes, you are required to wear the respective division uniform while in the Agent, Security, and Training division. You do not need to wear the uniform when you reach HR or on Casual Friday. (BST)
How much pay will I get?
As an Agent, you can collect 2c or 1 promotion at each pay time. If you have 10+ hours of Online Time, you will receive both pay and promotion.
(Agent members will have to receive 2 promotions between each pay time.)

This is the Tour Desk where HIA members approach for a tour!
Once you reach the SLT division, you’ll be able to work at this desk.

Script for Transfer Desk:
This is the Transfer Desk where new and returning members transfer into HIA.
If you see a member from another agency at FTF or an old HIA member
that wants to be rehired, please direct them to the TU desk.
You can also approach the TU desk to get badges back after inactivity,
a hack or a ban. TU members will gladly assist with that.
If you look behind the TU desk, you can see all of our division's group pennants.
You can use these to request new badges,
when being promoted into a new division!

Script for MOD stand:
This is the MOD stand, where MOD+ members make important
announcements about HIA in yellow coloured chat. ¶
Once you reach the MOD division, you’ll be able to make announcements here.

Script for Pay:
Paylines are held here in the hallway!
Paytimes are everyday at 12am/6am/12pm/6pm UK time.
Make sure to CTH (Clear The Halls) 15 minutes prior to paytimes!
A Payer will stand here and call ’Payline’
If you are collecting pay, join the queue and patiently wait your turn.
¥ As an Agent, you need 2 promotions between each paytime to get paid.
¥ As well as 60+ minutes of online time.

Script for FTB:
This is the FTB, the only area in base where you can go AFK.
Step on the arrow plate to AFK without being auto-kicked.
Do note that FTB closes during Pay Time, so make sure to get out in time.
If you look above the FTB area, you can see our clock!
The time is shown in UK time.
This will be useful to know when pay will be happening.

Script for Cafe:
This is the cafe! Here, you may meet new HIA members,
and take breaks from working at stations!
The HIA Events Team often hosts games here with attractive prizes.
To check any upcoming events,

Script for VIP:
Above us is the VIP area, another place to AFK and relax.
VIP is accessible with the VIP badge, which you can buy from a Rank Seller.
In addition, you are able to buy the Elite HQ VIP badge.
This badge gives you access to the area below as well.
Script for DJ Booth:
This is the DJ Booth, you can listen to music played LIVE by our DJs!
Dancing is only permitted when a DJ is on air behind the booth!
Dancing is to remain strictly on the dancefloor.
However, you can gain perks like dancing and effects during Morale Boosts!
The Host of a Morale Boost will announce in base when it starts and ends.
All perks must cease when the Morale Boost has ended.

This teleporter leads you to HIA’s Meeting Room where meetings are hosted.
Note that the General Meeting happens every Sunday at 4pm UK Time.

Script for Second Base:
This teleporter leads you to HIA’s Second base.
Pay is also hosted in our second base as well as in the main base!
Whenever the main base is full you can claim pay in second base instead.

This is the Training Station where members are sent for training.
You will be able to work here once you reach the Trainer Division!

You will be able to work in this station when you reach the next division.

This is our Help Desk where you can get help with Habbo/HIA related questions.
Once you reach the OOA division, you’ll be able to work at this desk.
Here at HIA we have ZERO tolerance towards bullying. ‡
You may approach the help desk to make a complaint about bullying.
Make sure to gather screenshots before making your report.
You may have also noticed that our Tour and Help Desk look similar.
To aid you in recognising the different stations,

This is FTF where you will be working!
You’ll be using the skills and knowledge gained from your training here.
Always be alert! If you need to go AFK, you can always FTB.
º A few things for you to remember while filling FTF º
¥ Remember to ALWAYS check for: Badge, Uniform & Motto.
¥ Ensure that profiles are set to public and online time is visible.
¥ To let people into the base, say :in while filling the station.
¥ If you encounter any troublesome members, place them on ’ignore’.
¥ Remember, Veterans may also enter through FTF if they wish.
¥ Selected members of USDF can also enter, depending on their rank.
