An extensive guide to the SLT division and how to properly tour agents (Important links included).
NOTE:
*If an ally is in need of a tour, please request an ExR Member.
Regular SLT+ members are forbidden from touring them.*

What is the Senior Leadership Team?
The Senior Leadership Team division is the 7th division in the Habbo Intelligence Agency.
As a member of the SLT division, you are now responsible for conducting tours to new and returning members.
Your aim is to ensure all members are aware and familiar with the current base layout and stations!
Duties & Responsibilities
SLT DESK - Do’s!
✓ ONLY fill the SLT desk if you are available to conduct a tour
✓ Give priority to SLT members
✓ Conduct the tour using whisper chat
✓ Use yellow chat ONLY for the tour, and switch back to white chat once finished
SLT DESK - Don’ts!
✗ DO NOT skip any part of the tour script at ANY time
✗ DO NOT fill the back seats before filling the front seats
✗ DO NOT socialize with members who do not require a tour while sat at the SLT desk
✗ DO NOT leave a member during the tour
Priority System
This priority system ensures that ALL SLT members who need to meet their quota are given the first opportunity to tour
The Priority system is as follows:
If you are an EA+ member you need to give priority to any SLT member sat at the desk
If there are no SLT members present at the desk, whoever was sat at the desk first is next in line to conduct a tour

- You are now able to fill the SLT desk and tour new/returning members
- To be promoted to the next division, you must complete 2 tours during your time in SLT
- Ensure all members are conducting tours correctly, filling the SLT desk, and adhering to the Code of Conduct
- Check the tour logs to confirm that all members stationed in base have received a tour
- SLT members can now promote up to Gov. Member I
- You are eligible to receive a promotion every 4 hours by any IA+ member
- Have the SLT Script ready for touring
- Use the whisper function and yellow chat and conduct the tour, sticking to the script line by line
- Log the tour on Portal

- SLT Members who have completed quota
- Any EA+ Members who have been sat at SLT desk the longest

Friendly Tips & Advice
- Approach the tour with positivity and friendliness! You’re shaping their first impression of HIA!
- Follow the tour flow carefully, allowing the member time to read and understand each point
- Feel free to include any additional information during the tour, but avoid anything that may be too much for the Agent to understand
- If you'd like to use your own script, please submit it via the Tour Script Approval Form
