Hello! Congratulations on your promotion, I will be your training instructor for today.
During this session, you will learn how to operate the Security Station.
Please do not walk around or talk while I go over the rules and commands with you.
If you go idle or AFK, you will fail the training session and be asked to take another one.
I recommend that you pay close attention and take notes because there will be a test at the end!
You will be given the chance to ask any questions you have after each section.
Before we begin, are you on a mobile device or a desktop?

As a Security+ member, your job is to prevent non-authorised personnel from entering the base.
We have a Security System for the purpose of checking a member’s motto.
It is a MUST to use this system at ALL times to prevent fired/non-HIA members from entering the base.
Please open your browser and search for hiahabbo|com/security-search
Replace the | with a dot and let me know once you’re there.

In the box, you type the username of a person & it will show a specific colour coded message,
Now type your username into the Security search. And let me know what it says.

*On mobile, the trainee may be disconnected from the game at this time.*

GREEN - Permitted to enter if they pass the Security System and have matching B.U.M.

LIGHT YELLOW - CHECK FOR [HIA] Recruit
This means that the person does not work in HIA.
If they have [HIA] Recruit as motto, send them to training.

RED - Not permitted to enter. The person is either fired from HIA or not an employee of HIA.
There are 4 types of messages that can show up if the RED colour appears, they are:
1. NO LONGER IN AGENCY
This means that the person has been removed due to inactivity.
Please tell them to go to the transfer desk for more info.
2. USER IS FIRED
This means that the person has been fired from HIA.
If the person asks for the fire reason, please seek help from any members holding a rank
within the Internal Affairs division and above (IA+) to check for fired logs in portal
3. BLOCKED (BOS/NP/DNH)
This means that the person is on our Ban On Sight/National Punishment/Do Not Hire lists.
They should not be in base. If you ever face something like that do seek any HR+ to request a RR.
4. CONTACT ADMIN
This means the person has been an Agent from a long time ago OR
the agent’s most recent promoter has left HIA.
Reach out to IA+ to seek for further clarification.
If the agent’s last promoter left HIA recently, you may let them enter base.
If the agent’s last promotion was MORE THAN 365 days,
they will need to be retrained and start over from Recruit.
Please assist them in changing their motto to [HIA] Recruit
and ensure they have the correct B.U.M. before sending them to training.

YELLOW - USE HR GATE
This means that the person is HR+ and should enter by the HR gate in the lobby.
If a HR+ member is on the rollers, do kindly tell them to enter HIA’s base through the HR gates.

Also, take note that if you ever encounter a person wearing the Veteran badge,
you are permitted to let them in.
Veterans will appear RAINBOW on the system and are allowed to enter the base through security.
They can also use the Veteran gate at the lobby.

This simulator resembles our Security station within the HIA HQ.
Saying the command :gate lets the person onto the rollers.

Next, search their name in the system.
If there’s an occasion where one might get stuck,
simply tell one of them to type :ex.it [without the dot]

You may say the command :base to let them in base.

If an individual comes through with the motto “[HIA] Recruit” a Security search is still required.
The user may be previously fired and trying to get in, if so it will show up in the Security search.
If the recruit doesn’t have the correct Badge, Uniform and Motto, you may :deny them.
This would teleport them back to the lobby.

If a recruit’s Badge, Uniform and, Motto (B.U.M) match up,
then say the command :training to send them to training.
Do note that members from Security or Trainer division may ask to be teleported to
training for training, kindly allow them AFTER checking the Security System

To do this, please visit the help desk for assistance.
In addition, be careful about accidentally leaving your division badge.
You could risk losing your rank or receive a demotion!
Lastly, let’s talk about USDF access into HIA Base
USDF Personnel ranked O1+ or who are in OISA are allowed to access HIA’s HQ through Fill the Front (FTF).
On the Security search, they will appear as Rainbow VIP - allowed
Always remember to check that they are wearing the correct Personnel ID badge and motto.

Be alert that all members are allowed to abbreviate their motto.
e.g, (Offi. Agent I also translates to OA I).
You may also encounter members with [AB] included in their motto,
and they are not wearing their respective badge.
They should be permitted entry as well as they are Awaiting Badge and may be
unable to wear it/join it for whatever reason.
