The code ‘RED - USER IS FIRED’ has come up on the Security Search. What should I do?
This means the member has been fired from HIA. Do not allow them entry and simply :deny them. When needed you may also reach out to a member from the Legal Affairs Special Unit.

What is Casual Friday?
Casual Friday allows HIA members to freely dress for the entirety of the day. This happens every Friday. This gives HIA members the chance to wear items they usually cannot wear usually, for a total of 24 hours.
More information on the Dresscode Guidelines can be found here.
Why do I get teleported to FTB randomly whilst FTS?
There is an anti-afk Wired in place when filling the main seats at FTS. This is in place to ensure that you are not idling at this station for too long and is very important for allowing members access to our base. If you need to AFK (Away-from-Keyboard) please go to FTB and not do this at a station.
I have been informed I am being supervised. What does this mean?
This is nothing to worry about! A member of the Training Supervisors (TS) Unit is supervising how you operate at FTS. They will look for your Accuracy, Efficiency, Professionalism and Friendliness and will give you feedback on how to improve if needed.
More information on Training Supervisors can be found here: [link to Training Supervisors page on website]
A member has the badge ‘USDF - Supporters & Friends’ Badge. What should I do?
This badge does not mean that they work at USDF and they do not need to leave the badge to join HIA or gain entry. Only agency main ID badges are not allowed. You may allow the member to enter or send them to training.
Someone from USDF is trying to enter base through FTS. What should I do?
We currently have a Diplomatic Recognition Agreement with the USDF agency since the 28th of April 2025.

Type their username into the Security Search Tool. You should receive a code that says ‘VIP-ALLOWED’. If this does not show, request an ExRiC member.
I want to sit in FTS but there are higher ranked members there. Do I have priority?
