Duties: what can PS Members do?
- You can receive a promotion every 3 hours.
- PS can promote staff up to Trial High Rank.
- You can issue logged warnings and strikes on Portal with approval from Senior Management.

Warning x1 > Warning x2 > Warning x3 = Fired
Security+ Disciplinary Structure
Warning x1 > Strike x1 > Strike x2 = Demotion > Strike x3 = Fired

- Logging the 3rd warning is equal to the agent being fired. Contact a GOV+ Member to issue a fired log (using the same evidence as Warning x3 log)
Security+ Disciplinary Structure
Warning x1 > Strike x1 > Strike x2 = Demotion > Strike x3 = Fired
- Strike x1 means the person must add “x1” to their motto.
- Demote user is ONLY for Strike x2, comes with a 1 division demotion. The person must add “x2” to their motto.
- Logging the 3rd strike is equal to the member being fired. Contact a GOV+ Member to issue a fired log (using the same evidence as Strike x3 log)

How to log a disciplinary action
- Take a screenshot of the event (must include the verbal warning)
- Look up which code of conduct they violated
- Check the portal to see if the agent has an active warning or strike
- Get an SM+/LA member approver for your log
- Log the warning on the portal
- Inform the agent that you have logged a warning and cite the Code of Conduct they have broken.

How to log an instant fire
- Take a screenshot of the event
- Look up which code of conduct they violated
- Reach out to GOV+ to log the fire if you are PS and under.
- Get a 4iC+ to approve your log.
- You may tag @4iC and above to get it approved in the #requests channel. For e.g. @Leadership-4iC pls dm to approve log
- Log the fire on the portal.
- Inform the agent that you have logged a fire and cite the Code of Conduct they have broken.

Who can log and approve?
- Legal Affairs - able to approve disciplinary logs regardless of ranks
- SM+ - able to approve disciplinary logs
- GOV+ - able to log a fired log. Only 4iC+ can approve instant fire logs
- PS+ - able to issue a disciplinary log on portal
- HR+ - able to issue a verbal warning

To pass the quiz, members must score at least 75% (26/35) or higher. If your score is less than 75%, you must retake the disciplinary quiz.
When you have completed the task, please tag the PS Leaders on #request or contact 1iC Division Heads (for 4iC - 5iC) if both the PS Leader and PS Assistant Leader positions are vacant.
