Welcome to the Portal Guide! This guide will take you through the steps involved in creating an account on the HIA Web Portal. Having an account is essential for all Trial Trainer+ staff members, as it grants access to our logs. If you have any additional questions not addressed in this guide please feel free to visit the Help Desk at HQ.

Creating an account
Creating an account
To create an account on our portal, please visit habbohia.net.
(1) Once there, click on the 'Register' button located to the right of the ‘Login’ button.
(2) Next, enter your Habbo username and your password.
(Your username must match your Habbo username exactly, or you will not be accepted or verified)
Please do NOT use the same password here as you do for your Habbo account.

(3) After clicking 'Next’, you are then taken to the account verification page. Copy the verification code, clear your Habbo Motto, and paste it there, then hit the green refresh button. Once the system has verified that your motto is the same as the verification code, you will be able to click the ‘Next’ button.
(4) After clicking the ‘Next’ button, you will be directed to a page to confirm your information. Once you’ve verified that everything is correct, click the ‘Register’ button.
(5) Upon registration, you will be redirected to the Login page with instructions to contact a Portal Admin.
Once a Portal Admin has approved your account, you can log in using your username and password.
(6) Upon logging in, you will need to set a Promotion TAG that resembles your Habbo username.
To do this, click the icon in the top-right corner of the Portal page and select ‘Settings’.

When setting your promotion tag, make sure it:
- Matches your Habbo username;
- Is between 2-4 characters long;
- The tag is not being used by anyone else.
If your chosen tag is already taken, an error message will appear.

Security Search
Trainers+ have access to the Security Search feature on Portal. To use it, simply click on the Security Search icon as shown in the attached screenshots. (highlighted in red)
Clicking the Security Search icon will open a pop-up where you can enter the username of the member you want to check. Once done, click ‘Search’.

Your Search History will appear on the right side, displaying the users you’ve previously searched. And their entry status (whether they are allowed to enter or not).
This is useful when you need to re-check users who may have experienced brief issues, such as needing to reload the room, accidentally typing :exit, or being temporarily disconnected. Note: Ensure the user is wearing the correct badge and uniform even if their Habbo motto matches the one shown in the Security Search results. |

Trainers have limited access within the HIA Portal, primarily viewing and logging Trainings.
To log a training session, click the ‘Trainings’ button on the main dashboard.

Once in the Trainings section, click ‘Add Training’, and fill in the recruit’s username and whether they passed or failed. You may also include a brief comment about the training session.
Even if a recruit fails, you MUST log the training in order to keep a track of your activity as a trainer.
Once you’ve finished, click ‘Add Log’.
Once submitted, it will be added to our training session logs. You can search specifically for either the trainee (the agent search box) or the trainer (the trainer search box).

Promotion Dashboard (High Rank+)
High Rank Dashboard
Once you reach HR rank within HIA, your portal will automatically update to include additional features, such as logging promotions, tours, disciplinaries, firings and more, as shown in the pictures.
Promotions

On the promotions page, you will find various icons, each with a unique meaning. Please familiarize yourself with each one. To search if a member is eligible for promotion, search for them in the ‘Agent’ search bar. Hovering your mouse over the icons will provide more details. Rows highlighted in blue indicate that the member is ready for promotion. |

If a member is ready for promotion (indicated by the blue icon), and both you and the promotee have 15+ minutes online time, click the blue “ready to promote” icon and click confirm. You will also have the option to copy the new motto to your clipboard by clicking the blue button. If you encounter any issues logging promotions, please contact a PA (Portal Admin). |
You can also manually log promotions, by clicking the ‘Add Promotion’ button and entering the relevant details.
Note: DO NOT use the manual promotion option to bypass promotion time, tasks or limits.

Tour Dashboard
Giving an agent tour is a mandatory part in a new member's induction. Once completed, it must be logged under the 'Tour' page. Please note, ONLY SLT+ ranks are authorized to conduct and log tours.
On the tours page, you can search for tours using the ‘Agent’ search box as well as log completed tours by clicking ‘Add Tour’.
Enter the Agent’s username, confirm whether the tour is complete, and feel free to add any relevant comments.

Transfer Logs
Transfer Logs
The Transfer Logs section shows all transfers made by Transfer Unit members. You can search transfers by Username or TU Agent. If you join the Transfer Unit, you’ll gain the option to ‘Add Transfer’.
Clicking ‘Add Transfer’ opens a box where you’ll need to enter the relevant details about the transfer. Once completed, click ‘Add Log’ to save it to the Transfer Logs.

Forgotten Password
To reset your portal password click ‘Forgot Password’.
Enter your username (the same as your Habbo username), then click ‘Next’.
It will direct you to the Forgot Password tab.
(1) Click the blue clipboard next to the new motto to copy it, then paste it into your Habbo character. Once done, return to the portal.
(2) Click the green button next to the current motto then click ‘Next’.
