HC Levels
Employees can earn free HC through the Pay Bonus by choosing an HC level instead of the 13c on three separate occasions. You are not required to select HC three weeks in a row and may alternate between 13c and HC. Each choice increases your HC level, progressing from Level 1 to Level 3.
Once you reach three HC levels, you can either turn them in for a 31-day HC box or exchange them for 50 credits worth of ranks through any HIA Rank Seller, which can also be given to a friend. There is no time limit for holding HC badges, but if you resign, go inactive or are fired from HIA, all HC badges are revoked.
