Ownership Guide (1iC)
As an Ownership member, you are a very respectable, high authority figure within HIA. Those who are owners are trusted individuals who ensure that we as an agency are running at our highest possible level, and are continually meeting our business aims and the standards we have set out as an agency.
In order to maintain the daily running of HIA, these are few standards you must follow as a 1iC

- You MUST not abuse your power to go in favour or against an individual.
- You MUST not go above or against the Code of Conduct.
- You MUST not act unprofessional or in a way deemed inappropriate towards ANY individuals including fellow HIA staff members.
Rules to Follow as an Elective
As an elective, you will be responsible for following all the rules - including elective rules - within the Code of Conduct. Ignorance is not a plausible excuse for the infraction of rules as an elective.
The following rules must be followed at all times:
Requirements as an Owner
Owners must earn a minimum amount of points monthly by fulfilling the following tasks:
Failure to complete the requirements will be STRIKED.
To remove a strike, they are required to complete the elective duties for 2 months consecutively.
Monthly Quota
The Elective Quota will be tracked from the 1st of the month up until the last day of the month at 11:59PM UK Time.
You are required to meet a set Quota to help track your activity or lack thereof around base.
Owners are encouraged to complete all of the requirements that apply to them.
However, it is mandatory to complete 3/6 of the requirements prior to the month ending.

- Having a way of verifying your online presence as base, which shall include, but is not limited to portal logs and Discord activity. Time since last login is not recognized as being present at base. Without logs, or any other kind of proof that you've been online, and/or been in base, you will be in danger of being demoted. If there are times where you do not have the opportunity to be sufficient time online, you should apply for a LOA.
- Be professional in both clothing, and the way you act.
- You must treat all staff (including standard ranks) with the utmost respect.
- Monitor the section of HIA you have been assigned to and act as a mentor if required.
- Follow all rules HIA obliges you to follow (Code of Conduct, etc).
- Keep friend requests turned on in order to be able to be reached by everyone.

Advisee Evaluations
All Ownership are required to submit a monthly form to evaluate their advisee's elective performance. The advisee's base activity, portal activity, Discord activity, work ethic and audit should be taken into consideration in the evaluation. Ownership members will also receive feedback from the Chief of Staff Team regarding the graded audits of their advisees.
Activity Reports:
Ownership Division members, similarily to an audit, will have to produce an Activity Report that will highlight the divisional's changes and activity, which are crucial to the development of the agency as a whole. The reports will be referred and used as an evidence for upcoming proposal correlated to the issues that has been brought up, for the Chief of Staff to review. This will be completed bi-monthly during audit months.
The Chief of Staff works in conjuction with the Chief Executive Owner and Chief Operation Owner to provide a set goal that'll include collecting a specific set of data that surrounds the agency for their Activity Report. (e.g: Work Environment, Divisional Procedures & Requirements, Special Unit Acceptance/Rejection Rate, etc.)
Division Engagement:
During non-audit months*, you will be required to collaborate with your co-heads to implement an activity with regards to your division/roles. Some examples consist of hosting Discord Division Discussions, Info Sessions, Collaborations with HET for a Division-related game, etc. This gives your team the freedom to be creative while keeping close with your respective division members and fellow division heads.
Note: You are not allowed to complete any of these duties while you’re on LOA. If you are caught doing items such as badge removals, etc, you risk being marked inactive. - A positive attitude and possess role model qualities, if their behaviour is deemed "unacceptable" you should help them change for the better.
How else can I support my advisee?
- Conduct regular check-ups – their well-being, plans, work progress, achievements
- Encourage them to actively participate in the 1iC Bi-monthly Discussions and other mandatory discussions
- Assist them with organizing and hosting information-gathering activities
- Assist them with any educational activities or events

The Chief Executive Owner and Chief Operations Owner plays a crucial role in leading the Ownership (1iC) Division:
- They work closely together and represent the division in the absence of the other.
- They are responsible for assigning advisees to each Ownership (1iC) member, and ensuring that all 5iC to 2iC members are evenly distributed.
- They also have the responsibility of providing guidance to their respective elective advisees and conducting fair evaluations.
- They both monitor and ensure that every Ownership member is showing sufficient activity on Discord, in base and on portal.
- They provide bi-monthly discussion with the 1iC partaking miscellaneous topics in coordination with the Chief of Staff.
- They must complete a monthly evaluation report regarding the Ownership’s performance in their respective field, including contacting every advisee’s to gather feedback. This evaluation will be reviewed by the Directorate Team for future promotions and administrative perks.

- Providing guidance to their elective advisees and evaluating them fairly.
- Filling in for a missing position that requires immediate attention or continual support towards the position’s upcoming projects.
- Initiating a bi-monthly discussion regarding diverse topic that correlates with the division (See spoilers on ‘Assigned 1iC Division’ below)
- Submit a monthly evaluation of the elective’s performance for your assigned division.
- Produce an Activity Report that highlights different activities, observations, discussions and observation within the assigned division that’ll be used as reference for upcoming proposals.
Trial Owner
The Trial Owners have the duty of guiding Trial Ranks (4iC-2iC) in preparation for a full Ownership rank.
The Chief Operations Owner or Chief Executive Owner will designate Trial Owners to assist in one of the monthly discussions.

Executive Committee
The Executive Owner - Co-Executive Owner - Managing Owner leads the Executive Committee Team, making sure members fulfil their roles and submit timely audits. They collaborate with the Chief of Staff Team on policy discussions, oversee the Committee's performance evaluations, and ensure the guides and resources the department is responsible for overseeing are up-to-date.

- You must ensure that the Executive Committee Guide is updated. The changes must be approved by the Chief of Staff Team.
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff Team regarding any discussion proposals that affect the general operations and policies within the Habbo Intelligence Agency.

The Owner - Joint Owner - Acting Owner works closely with all Founder’s Cabinet members within HIA. The job of the Owner - Joint Owner - Acting Owner is to ensure all Founders Cabinet members are on task with their duties, and are given any necessary information and support to fulfil their duties within HIA.

- Meet with Founder’s Cabinet members both one-on-one and in group settings to discuss future plans and issues occurring within the division.
- Encourage and support collaborative efforts on events or projects between Founder’s Cabinet members.
- Notate any concerns initiated by FC members or SUiC members and propose solutions.

- Work closely with the Chief of Staff Team regarding any discussion proposals that affect the work protocols and education of the Habbo Intelligence Agency.
- Your activity report must include any innovative changes partaking the responsibilities of the Division Leaders and their standing within the Habbo Intelligence Agency.
Special Events
As Ownership (1iC) you are now able to approve Morale Boosts, Giveaways and Meeting Room Booking.
