This guide serves as a useful reminder for new and returning members regarding duties of a MOD+ Member as well as some tips which would be useful for their newfound responsibilities.
Congratulations on being promoted to the MOD+ Division. This guide is split into 3 parts to give you a quick grasp of the division.

III. MOD Task
The task aims to enhance the understanding of MOD Members regarding their duties. Therefore, the task consists of 3 sections: Rules & Procedures Quiz, Scenarios Questions and MOD Stand Practical.

I. Roles and Responsibilities of a MOD Member
- Granted access to the MOD Stand in base where they can make important announcements about HIA-related topics(e.g. pay rules, promotion guidelines and calling CTH when there are more than 10+ people in hallways).
- Monitor base activities and make announcements as and when needed
- Allowed to conduct Disciplinary Trainings when other staff members require it
II. DOs and DONTs on the MOD Stand
DOs:
- Make HIA Related announcements only
- Use yellow and BOLD chat when announcing on the MOD Stand
- Be respectful when calling out commands
- Keep announcements concise and straight to the point
- Only call CTH when there are 10+ people in hallways
DONTs:
- Do not socialise with anyone while using MOD Stand
- Do not call out any specific usernames while using the MOD Stand
- Do not make SU-related announcements unless you have permission from the respective SUiCs
- Do not spam or troll on the MOD Stand

III. MOD Task
The task aims to enhance the understanding of MOD Members regarding their duties. Therefore, the task consists of 3 sections: Rules & Procedures Quiz, Scenarios Questions and MOD Stand Practical.
For Rules & Procedures Quiz & Scenarios Questions:
- This section tests your understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a MOD+ Member.
- Read each question carefully before answering. Answer each scenario to the fullest ability - DO NOT give 1 sentence answers.
- These sections carry 10 marks each.
For MOD Practical:
- Draft out your announcements BEFORE you get on the stand , This avoids making any spelling/grammatical errors
- Use YELLOW and BOLD chat when announcing. Avoid spamming your announcement
- Keep the announcement concise and straight to the point
- Include chat history/timestamp in your screenshots
- This section carries 9 marks
