Legal Affairs is an elite special unit within the Habbo Intelligence Agency (HIA) that is in charge of:
➸ Processing staff complaints, breaking arguments and monitoring disciplinary logs
➸ Assisting those who file appeals relating to just or unjust disciplinaries/firings ➸ Providing advice and support to our employees while ensuring the Code of Conduct is followed across all HIA platforms ➸ Ensuring that the Code of Conduct has all the appropriate rules which are precise and clear Honos, Integritas, Auctoritas To be the voice of those who dare not speak, and courage to those lost in an unjust sea. |

Marshal Services
Marshals are members of the Legal Affairs unit led by the Marshal Captain. They handle sensitive matters and evidence such as investigating complaints. They have the authority to investigate HIA and all its staff up to 1iC, including reviewing/removing invalid disciplinary logs. |
Clerks
Clerks are members of the Legal Affairs unit led by the Executive Clerk. They handle accepting/denying incoming appeals or forwarding them to the respective departments. This division is one of the most crucial ones in Legal Affairs to maintain a healthy balance of accountability within HIA. |
