how to write a good application?
Go to Application Guide.
Once done reading the guide, feel free to write a sample application by looking for an application form that is currently open under #apps-forms on Discord.
When you have found one, copy and answer the questions on a separate document (e.g Google Docs).
Finally, once you are done with writing your application, send it to any elective who’s free for review.

what does promo-camping mean?
This means to promote someone for the sake of promoting (without good reason). Promo camping includes, but is not limited, to the following:
- Promoting when you or the promotee has less than 15 mins online time.
- Promoting someone filling the same station as you (different sides of FTF do not count as different stations).
- Promoting someone who has just exited FTB/Training rooms/Cafe and not filled a station for at least 5 minutes.
- Logging the promotion on Portal BEFORE giving the promotion.
- Promoting someone who is attending to someone at their station.
- Standing behind someone early before the promo button appears on Portal.
what do i have to do when promoting someone to a new division?
- Give the member their new motto and log it once they have changed it correctly.
- Ask the member to request the new division badge.
- Seek for a Badge Admin (BA) to accept the badge request in base.
If there’s no BA in base, be sure to request for one on Discord under #requests and do not forget to tag the division leader as well.
An example would be: @Badge Admin > -Paigeyy > PS
If the badge has already been accepted beforehand and you only need to tag the division leader, you may follow this example:
@PS Leaders > -Paigeyy > New Member - Once done, train the member if they have time for training. Otherwise, tell them to approach the help desk when they’re ready for it and you can inform other trainers under #trainer-hub with which training/s is/are needed.
who has the priority to promote standard ranks? what rank can i promote to?
Trial HR’s should always be given the priority when promoting standard ranks (Agent, Security and Trial Trainers). If you see standard ranks in base and there are Trial HR’s filling stations and waiting to promote, please let them have it.

what do i do if i make an invalid promotion?
If you have mistakenly given and logged an incorrect promotion, or been told by another member that is wasn’t invalid, please follow the following steps:
- Ask the member to change their motto back to the previous one with the old tag (You can find this on portal under the users previous promotions).
- Tag a PA (Portal Admin) on discord in the #requests channel like this:
@Portal Admin > Remove -Paigeyy recent promotion as it is invalid
how do i give a correct verbal warning?
What do I do if I see someone breaking the Code of Conduct?
If it is a lower rank, ask them to stop first. If they refuse to listen and continue to break the Code of Conduct, ATT them and give them a verbal warning, and refer to the rule which they are breaking (e.g. 1.A §5).
Ensure you take screenshots with sufficient information:
Once done, send all your screenshots to a PS+ member either directly via a direct message on Discord or upload the screenshots on Imgur and send the link to a PS+ member. If it continues, you may ask a higher rank member to give a punishment if needed. Agents can not be striked, but they can get a maximum of 3 warnings before they are fired from HIA.
