- Gov members are granted the ability to terminate illicit employees by issuing fired logs with approval from Senior Management
- Can receive promotion every 3 hours
- Government members can promote up to Trial PS
- You are required to pass the Gov Exam Task before being promoted into the next division
- Fired logs must be approved by an SM+ member who has completed Disciplinary Training
- The member being fired must be at least ONE division lower than you
- Only Legal Affairs members are able to approve logs for others REGARDLESS of rank!
- Only 4iC+ can approve instant fire logs
- You can tag @4iC, 3iC, 2iC, 1iC in Discord if no one is available in base!
What does Legal Affairs do?
- Watches over daily operations in the base
- Can approve all disciplinary/fire logs regardless of rank
- Process staff complaints
- Ensures Code of Conduct rules are precise and clear
- Assists in filing appeals for unjust disciplinaries
- Provides advice and support to employees
How to log fire logs?
- Before logging a fire, you must make sure…
- There’s a clear Code of Conduct violation
- The violator has been given a Warning x3 or Strike x3
- The screenshots are clear and relevant to the log, and include:
- The violators username
- Time stamps
- Full-screen
- Uncropped images
- The evidence is the same as Warning x3 or Strike x3 log
- The violator being fired is at least one division lower than you
- The log has been approved by SM+ or Legal Affairs members
- Log into HIA Portal
- Click on “Disciplinary Logs”
- Click on “Fired Logs”
- Click on “Add Fired” to log
What is valid evidence?
- The screenshots must include the following:
- A clear violation of the Code of Conduct
- Clear image of violator's username
- Device date & time (timestamp)
- Full conversation (chat history)
- At least one full screenshot
What do I do after logging the fire?
- You should inform the member of their fire and reasoning (CoC rule broken).
- Ask the fired member to type “:exit” to leave the base.
- Let them know that they may appeal their fire 7 days after it was logged if they believe it was unjust.
- If necessary, contact Discord & Portal Admin to have the fired members Discord access removed and Portal deactivated.
What do I do if the member is not cooperating?
- If the member is being rude, disrespectful or trolling, you should:
- Place the member on ignore, and do not engage any further.
- Call for Room Rights in base if they refuse to leave.
- Ping @RoomRights in the server under #requests if there are none in base.

Government Exam Task
- In order to be promoted to the next division, you must complete and pass the Government Exam
- A minimum score of 30/40 is required to pass the exam
- Section A
- Basic knowledge of Government Division
- 12 points available
- Section B
- Basic knowledge of logging fires & Code of Conduct
- 28 points available
- Section A

- You CAN refer to the guide while taking your exam
- Once you have completed your exam, please tag @GOV Leaders in Discord so it can be graded in the #requests channel
