External Relations, also known as ExR, is a special unit within the Habbo Intelligence Agency, that has a focus on the External aspect of HIA. We specialise in dealing with outside agencies and alliances. We also work with other SUs within HIA to host events and activities to help maintain a healthy relationship with our allies. ExR also acts as an ambassador that represents HIA to the rest of the Habbo community.

Delegates HIA's delegation Team is made up of our finest diplomats assigned to a specific agency/military to oversee HIA's diplomatic relations with them. This rank is assigned based on internal promotion. |

Trial Diplomat Requirements:
• You must have a rank of Complaints Handler (EA Division) or higher.
• You must have been in HIA for at least 2 weeks.
• You must not have active strikes during application process.
• You must be eager to work with alliances and foreign agencies.
(These requirements can only be exempted by the ExR Director)
