WHAT IS CST?

The Community Support Team is a special unit in HIA that consists of various departments that are divided into four:
Welcoming Committee, Mentor Unit, Social Media and Radio Unit

​WELCOMING COMMITTEE

What does the Welcoming Committee do?

• This unit focuses on providing a warm welcome and greeting to everyone in the HIA base. They usually come up with creative-themed messages. You'll likely see them at a special desk in the lobby using red or pink coloured chats.                               
  

​SOCIAL MEDIA

What does the Social Media Team do?

• The Social Media Team is responsible for keeping up with HIA's social media, Twitter / X. They create posters about relevant content that happens in HIA such as events and important announcements to share with our Twitter / X community!
  

​MENTOR UNIT

What does the Mentor Unit do?

• This unit focuses on offering guidance, friendship, and counselling for all members of HIA. The unit aims to foster a supportive and inclusive environment by providing valuable advice and companionship to new and old members and helping them throughout their journey in HIA.
  

RADIO UNIT

What does the Radio Unit do?

• This unit is responsible for curating the muse and tunes in HIA. The unit's primary role revolves around managing the HIA's Radio Station, giving entertaining music to keep everyone engaged and uplifted while they work in HIA base.

・❥・You MUST be IA Member I (IA) or above.,
・❥・You MUST not have any active disciplinaries during the process.,
・❥・​You MUST have been in HIA for 1 Month.,
・❥・ You must be active on discord and habbo!

・❥・You MUST not take an LOA at any time during your Trial Period.
・❥・You MUST not have any active disciplinaries during the process.,
​・❥・You MUST be active in the base and on Discord.
