Ban on Sight
The Ban on Sight list contains individuals and parties that pose a severe threat to Habbo Intelligence Agency. Ban on Sight is a lower form of sanction compared to National Punishment and does not run through allied agencies and organisations.
This punishment is usually issued to poachers and lower crime lords.
Only Directorates can remove individuals or parties from Ban on Sight.

Being listed on the Ban on Sight list means:
• Permanent ban from all HIA related events and rooms.
• Permanent ban from all HIA related events and rooms.

National Punishment
National Punishment is the highest level of punishment that HIA can sanction. Members on National Punishment are branded as traitors and should not be interacted with ever again. National Punishment automatically extends to alternative accounts.
HIA will extends the common courtesy of following an ally’s National Punishment list as per alliance agreements.
Only the Directorate in-charge or Foundation can remove individuals or parties from National Punishment.
National Punishment is higher than Ban on Sight.

Condemnation of Illegal Warfare Treaty (CIW-T)
The Habbo Intelligence Agency has zero tolerance towards any Illegal Warfare related operations under any circumstances. Any individual listed on the CIW-T has been labeled not to be associated to the Habbo Intelligence Agency and labeled as Illegal Warfare Operators (IWOs) due to their background of Illegal Warfare activities such as DDoSing, doxing, hacking and other cyber-crimes.
Illegal Warfare Operators will be automatically on Ban on Sight and not to be associated or affiliated to the Habbo Intelligence Agency.
