What are vouchers and how do I get them?
Vouchers are members who can confirm that you've been active in base when it comes to pay time.. If you disconnect and don't MEET the 60-minute requirement you will need 3 people (or a 2iC+) who saw you active in base to vouch for you. Your vouchers also need to have 60+ minutes online time.
How does pay work?
You need to be active in base and present during pay time. If requirements aren't met, you won't receive pay. As an agent you need to receive 2 promotions between each pay to be eligible. You also need 60+ minutes Online Time and have to remain in base for 45 minutes after payover to avoid being paybanned.
It is your responsibility to keep track of when payover ends. You must not ask other members.

What is a trading pass?
A trading pass allows you to trade with other members and you can receive credits for pay with this. Without a trading pass you may receive a promotion instead. All information on how to unlock your trading pass can be found here > Trading Pass Guide - Habbo Intelligence Agency
What is the Mentor Unit?
The mentor unit helps support all members regardless of your rank! They offer guidance, advice and are there if you ever need to talk, need help or feel unsure about anything. When you’re assigned a mentor you will have them for a whole month and they will guide you through your journey and be there for support along the way.
