WHEN TO REQUEST
  • Any questions/inquiries regarding rank sales, investor tiers, Discord emojis/emoji role, portal premium, VIP/Elite HQ VIP and SV.

WHEN TO REQUEST
  • If the person trolling is one of our members, follow the disciplinary system and request Room Rights once they've been fired.
  • If someone is spam trading, please provide their username so a Room Rights holder can promptly ban them.
  • Member/s of NP/BoS/Mafia is/are present in base
  • Inappropriate/offensive usernames (If it's one of our members, remember to follow the disciplinary system)
  • When a member is AFK at a station and is impeding operations (e.g., idling at FTS while an agent waits to be let inside)
  • ​For those who are breaking rules or trolling in base or training rooms, ensure they've been warned then refused to stop before requesting a Room Rights holder.

NOTE: When requesting Room Rights, please refrain from including screenshots of anything inappropriate said/done by the trolls.

Note:
  • If you have any concerns regarding a certain SU page, please tag the SUiC (Director) of that unit.
  • If you have any suggestions for the web (e.g aesthetic changes, ideas for a new page, etc), please submit a proposal to the Chief of Staff Team via the CoS Reviews Form.
BADGE ADMINS

WHEN TO REQUEST
  • To have divisional badges accepted (must have promotion logged). This applies during paytimes as well. Please wait for the payer to log your promotion before requesting for a Badge Admin.
NOTE:
  • Special Unit badges will be accepted by the SUiC/s of that unit.
  • Meeting Room badge will only be accepted by Directorate+.
  • Staff award badges such as WOTW, WOTM, EOTM are to be accepted by ACiCs.
  • Pay Bonus badges will only be accepted by Payers. These will be screened from Friday until Sunday @ 7PM GMT/BST.
PORTAL OFFICERS

WHEN TO REQUEST
  • For any login issues (e.g still not able to log in after resetting your password)
  • For Portal Premium users who have no access to customize their premium features.
Note: SU Awards must be logged by the Director of that unit. You may request a Portal Officer if the SU Director is on a Leave of Absence.
PORTAL ADMINS

WHEN TO REQUEST
  • If a Trainer+ needs their portal activated. Please make sure they have finished the registration process before requesting for a Portal Admin. Check whether they have replaced their motto with the code & have clicked Next > Register.
Note: Returning members may need their portal resynced. Therefore, if they are unable to register due to an error, please contact a Portal Admin to fix this.

WHEN TO REQUEST
  • For any verification issues.
  • To get announcements/alerts/reminders posted.
  • To have inappropriate chat messages deleted.
  • To remove members from the server. This applies to (1) those whose badges have been removed due to inactivity, (2) those who have left HIA but are still in the server, (3) those who have been fired, and (4) occasions wherein a member has been hacked/breached and is sending suspicious links to channels.
  • To have division/SU roles added/removed.
  • If you need your emoji/emoji name changed. You can only change it up to 3 times. Note that you may not have your non-animated emoji changed into an animated one, and vice versa.
Note: If someone needs their name changed on Discord to match their Habbo Username, please contact a Directorate+.
loa admins
